Cheryl is a Stylist, Salon Owner, & Educator with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Mrs Bellamy beginnings started out as a Makeup Artist/Freelance 2000 with Fashion Fair, Lancome, Elizabeth Arden, Estée Lauder, and Clinique.

Titiauna Williams

Titiauna Williams is A.R.T.C Admissions & Financial Aid Leader. Titiauna comes with superb communication skills, wisdom, structure and a strong financial background.

Rachel Bellamy

Rachel Bellamy comes to us with expertise in Student Retention / Student Engagement and Student Leadership. Rachel has an MBA in Management from The University of Phoenix, Raleigh, NC, & BA in Sociology, from The University of North Carolina At Chapel Hill.
